When we were in high school, I really didn´t know Ron. He was in my older sister Bonnie´s class. But when I was a freshman at Purdue, we became travel buddies, and he was SO very nice to me. Where do I start on this one. Ron and I became friends in 7th grade. He was my best friend, best man at our wedding, and I was honored to be in his. We went through so much of life together. Always fun to be with and such a great friend to so many of us. Playing football at OPRF, going to Bears games, watching him get so into the Cubs, especially Ernie Banks.
