Rosa Alva Rincon

To the family of Rosa Alva, I offer my deepest sympathies on the loss of a most beloved friend and co-worker. I first met Rosa Alva when she first began working with the state and we instantly became friends. We later found out that she had attended the same grade schools as my husband Lolo and knew each other well. We retired from work around the same time more then ten years ago.
