Not sure what to say?

Patti and Family,

May your Father's life be honored by all that he loved. May his memory be cherished for all that he gave. May your hearts be comforted by all that you shared. Our love, thoughts and prayers are with you. Always,
Anita and Tom Hagspiel

I knew Roy and Alice as a young woman. They were part of my daughter Amanda's and my life for too short a time. I know that they were wonderful grandparents to Kristy Little and that Karol and her sisters loved him very much. Roy was a true people person which is why so many people will miss him. My heart and prayers go out to Karol, Linda and Patti at this time of sorrow. May happy memories sustain them and may he rest in peace reunited with Alice in a better place.

Roy Hartsfield was my manager in Hawaii when we won the PCL championship. He was a good baseball man with a good sense of humor.R.I.P. "SNUFFY"

To the family and friends of the late Mr. Roy Hartsfield from a fan from Toronto.

So, so many have pride in their hearts for our home team, the Jays as well as the great family of people (managers, coaches, players) who believed the city could handle it! i remember the poster of your first season on our kitchen wall, there so we could all memorize the players names! An inspiring man and also the reason i stay home on Saturday afternoons.

Dear Patti and Family:

So sorry to learn of the passing of your beloved Dad! He was certainly blessed with the special family that you are! The bond between daughters and fathers is a timeless gift that will comfort you in the days ahead. No matter how long we have them - it is never long enough. With love, Linda Smyser

I worked for an insurance company in downtown Decatur for 28 years. Anytime I answered the phone to hear "Meg? Roy Hartsfield", I knew I was in for a delightful conversation. He always brightened my day. Enjoy your precious memories of this wonderful man!

Rest in peace Roy, and thank you for the gift of your kind friendship. God Bless your family and we know that memories of you will comfort them.
