Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathy to Reverend Roy's family. Passing on to Heaven is what he looked forward to at his journeys end. He served God with gladness and worked steadfastly to help so many in this life. I am so thankful I was one of those blessed to share in his Christian journey and for the prayers I know he has said for my family and me. I will never forget his teachings, preaching, singing and praises to the Lord. Roy & Ruth singing the song "How Great Thou Art" together at Sonshine Mission...

Thank you for your service to our country.

To the Entire Murray family,
Except out deepest sympathy in the loss of your father, husband, grandfather: He was a wonderful man and a great friend. Will be missed by all.

To Phil and Judy.
I wish there was something we could do or say that would make it all better but, we know only time will do that. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you and yours as you go thru this time of grief.

I can't tell all of you what a great man I thought Roy was. He was always positive and upbeat. He always had a kind word and smile for everyone. He and Ruth, along with others at Sonshine Mission, made going to church such a wonderful experience.

To the family, I thoughts are with all of you.

"I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith..." That is one of the scriptures that Roy quoted to my husband and me when we visited him at the hospital one Saturday morning. Right before we left, he said "I believe I'll be going home soon." I looked at him and pointed upward and said, "Do you mean your Home above?" He shook his head yes and there was a tear in the corner of his eye. We talked about old times and sang parts of the song he and Ruth used to...
