Dear Aunt Pat and Family,
Mom greatly loved Uncle Ears. She used to tell me how they would shadow box as kids. She told how they would both memorize something before all of their other classmates. There was two years between in them ages, but they were more like fraternal twins. I want to say without God giving me Uncle Ears I probably wouldn't be a teacher right now. I attended Parsons Junior College when Roy returned from service to further his schooling. He always wore army fatigues, often they were patched, but always clean. What a brilliant and off-beat mind! :-) A great example of what hard work and dedication can accomplish. Truly a good man I am blessed to have known.
