Roy Olcott

I worked with Roy in 1981-2, He was my boss and a very nice respectful person. Roy had tremendous knowledge of the foodservice industry and management. Even though Roy moved from New York to California, his heart was always won over with New York. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and Eric who I also knew through Roy.

I am saddened by the passing of Roy Olcott; please accept my deepest sympathy.
