Roy Perrin may not have been in the earliest part of what Tom Brokaw called the Greatest Generation, but he would be near the top of any generation. There are two types of people: Doers and Spectators. Roy was a Doer all his life. St Peter will need to read only the first part of Roy's life history before waving him into heaven. I will truly miss my friend.

What a wonderful guy Roy was. He will be missed at all levels in the community. Kay, we are so sorry that we were out of town at the time of the funeral, but we were thinking of you then and have you in our thoughts and prayers now. Love, John and Edie

Kay and family:
Roy was one of a kind. As you know, he and I remained friends since high school graduation, and often collaborated on matters concerning the Presbyterian Church and Fortier High school reunions throughout the years. His accomplishments are myriad; those he touched are legion. He will long be remembered as a leader by all. We take comfort in knowing that he now rests with his personal Lord and Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.
