In all the years since we graduated from dear old John Muir, I've never forgotten Dave, one of the nicest, most self-possessed people (at an early age) I've ever known. I was prompted to look him up because he and I co-starred in an adventure saga dream of mine the other night. I came upon the obituary and said a prayer for Dave. Maybe we'll meet again on the other side.
