Rubin Kaplan

From the Graves family (1756 Seaton Street NW) we send our condolences to the family. Having known Mr. Kaplan from the time we moved on Seaton Street some 40 plus years until he sold the store he was thought of as family. He knew all 8 children, mother, grandmother and even father. He was a good man and a kind soul. He will truly be missed by those of us left on Seaton Street.
