Dear Howard,
I was both shocked and saddened when I heard about Ruby's death. She was looking so well at our last concert. I didn't know Ruby that well, but when I did see her she always greeted me with a winning smile. My very deepest sympathies to you and your entire family.

Please accept our deepest sympathies. Take comfort in the words found at Isaiah 33:24. May the God of all comfort give you the strength to cope with the loss of your beloved Ruby.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time.

Dear Howard, we were saddened to hear of Ruby's passing. Our hearts go out to you and your entire family. We will always remember Ruby as a smiling, goodhearted, all around nice person and we will miss her.
