Not sure what to say?

I just called to make an appointment with Ruby and heard the news. My heart goes out to her family as the anniversary of her death approaches. Ruby did our taxes for more than 10 years. She was a wonderful, kind woman who was very proud of her family. It was an honor to have known her. She will be missed greatly!

Mom I really miss you

Lianna and Family,
I was very sad when Mom called and told me about Ruby. I know how much she will be missed. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
love,
Ambrely

My heart reaches out to the Johnson Family.I can't comprehend just how sad you must all feel for the loss of someone you loved and charished so much as your mom Ruby. Please know how much you are loved and how deeply your loss is felt by all. Someone so speacial, can never be forgotten.

I feel so lucky that I had the chance to visit with Ruby in early February. Lianna and I laughed and talked with her, and that day is a memory I'll always cherish. As a long time friend of Lianna and her family, Ruby holds a special place in my heart. She loved her family very much. Keep her warm smile, contagious laughter and spirit in your hearts.

I just called H&R Block to make my annual appointment with Ruby. My heart goes out to the family. Although you guys have never met me, I have met all of you through the many photos Ruby has shown me of her family over the past 7 years. She was so proud of all her children, grandchildren, and great-grands. Ruby was a terrific person, and I know you guys will miss her dearly. I grieve with ya'll, and pray that God will comfort your hearts.

Keith,
I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I just found out last night. I know what you are going through, I've lost both my mom and dad, and I know how devastated and heartbroken you must be. Just try to remember all of the wonderful times you and your mom had together and seek comfort from your family and friends. Please let us know if we can do anything. Lots of Love, LISA AND CARL BRITTAIN

To the Johnson family,
I have very fond memories of Ruby, our families spent quite a bit of time together when I was a kid...I know my parents really enjoyed catching up with Richard and Ruby in September, their friendships go back many many years. If you need anything we are here for you. When I think of Ruby I think of her smile and laugh...Take care, Diane

Dear Lianna and family,
My deepest sympathy goes out to you...I just heard today. I am in shock.

Ruby has done my taxes for 20 years! I considered her a friend!
I juat saw her week before last and she always kept me up to date on you, Lianna and your family...
We laughed as we always did.
I just loved her, and will miss her so much!

I am so sorry....
God Bless...
