Mrs. Ruby Land was truly one of the most remarkable women I have known. As she approached her 90th and then 100th milestone and beyond, I would always hear these two comments:"her mind is still as sharp as ever" and "she is still in charge" meaning her family still paid attention when she spoke. Of her 16 grandchildren I know the O'steens and Thomases and my thoughts and prayers are with you and all of Mrs. Ruby's family. She was a wonderful Christian example.

We were so sorry to hear of the passing of Momma Ruby. She was such a wonderful christian lady and loved everyone. She leaves a great legacy behind in all the lives she has touched while on this earth. She is now spreading her love around in heaven with all her family and friends who have gone on before.May god bless her family she has left behind until they can all be joined together with her again one day.

Dear Phyllis and family of Momma Ruby, in your time of sadness let us remember the hope and faith we have in a Lord Jesus Christ that His promises are true!

Dear Ricky and Abbie,
What memories and a legacy your great Aunt Ruby gave you and the children, and your grandchildren. I celebrate with you her life, and the words and actions of encouragement she gave others that blossomed life in those she spoke to.
May your grief be short lived and your memories of joy last until you see her in heaven.
