Ruby Kelsey Miller, 100

GULF BREEZE, FL - Ruby Kelsey Miller, 100, Gulf Breeze, Florida, and formerly of the Muncie area, passed away Monday afternoon, October 3, 2016 in Florida.

She was born July 8, 1916 in Albany, Indiana, the daughter of Thomas and Zora (Smith) Fullhart.

Ruby was a dedicated and loving homemaker. She enjoyed belonging to the Eastern Star, Epsilon Sigma Phi sorority and the Red Hat Society. Ruby loved crocheting, playing bingo, was an artist and was involved in cosmetics sales. She was a member of the Riverside United Methodist Church in Muncie and attended church in Melbourne, Florida. Ruby will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Survivors include four children, Mary Jo Tibbits, Robert (wife, Nina) Kelsey, Janet (husband, Larry) Stonebraker, and Steve (wife, Anita) Kelsey; her husband, Fritz Miller; eight grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Vickie Kelsey and five step-daughters.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, to whom she was married for sixty-five years, Earl Gough Kelsey; son, David Kelsey; son-in-law, Charles Tibbits.

Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 W. Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, IN 47304 with Pastor John Young of Riverside U.M.C. officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park.

Family and friends may call from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Elm Ridge Funeral Home.
