A special man and teacher. He will forever remain in my heart. Prayers to the family. A remarkable personality and big heart.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Barry will be missed. Him and Mr. Willcox from VDOE are up in heaven together carrying on as they did on his visit to DOE.

I am saddened for Temple, their children, grandchildren and all of the JVG family (past and present), but relieved that Barry's no longer suffering and is now in the arms of our Lord and Savior. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Barry and Temple over the years with JVG and considered them my friends for life.
