Not sure what to say?

Russ was a special guy and a great family man. We shared many happy moments ringing Barbershop chords in both quartet and chorus. I miss him.

Dear Grace, you have been on my mind for a few weeks, so I went to google to see if I could possibly find a current address to drop a short note to you. I saw there, where your husband had passed away in October of this year. I´m sending heartfelt condolences to you and your family. Fondly, Jennifer Hughes Jennifer Hughes.

Grace, I was so sorry to read about Russ´s recent death. I remember him help me sing at my stepfather, Jimmy Gary´s funeral. It was great reconnecting with you then also. Know that you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers during this time of grief. May Russ be enjoying the presence of Jesus. May God bless you all. With sympathy, Sister Karen Burgess

We were saddened to hear of Russ' passing and sorry that I was not able to attend his funeral on Monday. His service was at the same time the Virginians were singing at the Virginia War Memorial for the commemorative service of the 40th anniversary of the bombing of the Marine barracks in Beirut Lebanon.

So sorry for your loss and wish God's Blessings for the family. I remember the Knapp family from their Providence Church days.

Extending heartfelt love, sympathy and prayers to Mrs. Knapp, Deborah and Catherine and their Family and especially to Randall, Tammy, Jordan and Nick, Justin and Stephen with the loss of Mr. Knapp. May the love and support from family and friends and especially God's love and comfort help each of you during this difficult time. Judy H. Ingram

He was an absolutely wonderful Christian man, who loved life and people with all of his heart. We will miss his dazzling smile and twinkle in his eyes. He touched the lives of all he met. May God comfort the family as only He can.
