Not sure what to say?

Ruth and I became fast friends when I met her when she represented NYS at a Medicaid meeting in Manhattan. Her presentation was brilliant and I immediately offered my commitment to assist the state to successfully carry out the intricacies of the program and ensure coverage for all eligible clients. Whenever I was in Albany, I stayed at Ruth's house. During the week, she was a VERY early riser...before sunrise. But, she made it up on the weekends when only the aroma of bacon cooking would...

Fay and Chuck, again my deepest feelings of sympathy on Ruth's passing. She always opened her home and her heart to me and was a delight to talk to. I know how her passing will leave a void for you and for many.
My love and deepest sympathies to you in this time of grief.

Ruth was a kind, compassionate lady who will be missed by many. My deepest sympathies to you.

We are so sorry to learn of Ruth's death. We have known her since 1968 and always appreciated her caring ways. Our deepest sympathy.

To Ruth's Family and Chuck,
I am so sorry to hear of Ruth's passing. I will always remember her smile and her laugh. We took many trips together visiting most of the counties in the NY and other parts of the country. She took me under her wing and always took good care of me on our travels. She will be missed. My thoughts are with all of you.

Fay - My deepest condolences.

Dear Chuck, Ruth's family and friends: We were so sorry to hear of Ruth's passing. We knew her from Cathedral, and especially came to know her from Renew 2000 when she welcomed us along with other parish members into her home for prayer group and reflection. She was such a warm, spiritual, affectionate, giving person, and we will miss her so much. The funeral service - with Father Pape, the Choir, Glen Osborne, Bob Sheehan and others - couldn't have provided a more wonderful and touching...

To all of Ruth's family and Chuck,
Ruth was not only one of my favorite client's but also a very dear firiend who will be sorely missed!
I always enjoyed her company not only here at the store but boating on the Hudson!
She trusted me to design whatever I wanted for her and as a result she challenged me to do the best work for her!
I know how much she cherished her family and Chuck - I send my deepest sympathy to all of you
Fond regards,
Drue

I had the pleasure and honor to work with Ruth for many years at the old NYSDSS and to call her a friend for years after. The world has lost a truly kind soul. I'll miss her laugh and her friendship. Rest in peace, Ruth.
