Not sure what to say?

It´s hard to believe it´s already been a year without you on this earth. You were so many things to me, an Aunt, a care giver in my younger years a friend and the Mother of my heart. There isn´t a day that goes by that I don´t think of you and miss you. I will love you always! Until we meet again, and give Dad & Gabe a big hug from me!

Bert was the life of our bowling team! We had sooo much fun. Always visiting with her put a smile on my face.

In loving memory of a caring, loving, wonderful person whose infectious smile warmed the hearts of everyone who was fortunate to have known her!! We will love you and miss you always.

Sounds like Mrs. Garrett was a very special woman to many generations. My condolences to her daughter-in-law, Jane, and her family. We were friends many, many years ago in Muscatine.

I only met Bert 2 times but felt I knew her a lifetime. I remember being in their home and Bert sitting in Teds lap. Bert was n her late 80s and Ted was 90. What a love story. Thinking of You Ted and God bless you all.

Bert was a great lady always enjoyed when she came in the office. She will be great missed by all.

I will always remember her as "Aunt Bert". She was the epitome of a gracious lady who welcomed everyone into her home. It made me feel good just to be around her. I loved her dearly & send my best wishes to all of the family.

So sorry to hear this news. What a grand lady she was. Thinking of the entire family at this time.

I used to work at Economart and I remember Ruth and Ted coming in holding hands and always smiling. I just Loved it when they came in they were the sweetest couple .Ted would always joke around . Ruth will be missed . I wished I could come and say my goodbyes to her and tell Ted and the family how sorry I am but I am babysitting my Grandson. I'm sorry for your loss and RIP Ruth.
