I will miss Ruth so much. I have known her for 12 years, initially as per primary care doctor and then as a true friend. Her spunk and joy in life, and later her equanimity in adapting to her changing health are strong memories. I loved talking baseball and the arts in the same conversation! She made the world a better place; may we who knew her strive to do the same.

I had the pleasure of knowing Ruth through her last home in Cville. She was such a delightful woman who really touched me. I am forever grateful for the time I spent with her. She made a huge impact on me and she will hold a special place in my heart always.
