With love and sadness, we announce the passing of Ruth Chassen Kirschner of Montville, N.J., on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, at the age of 101.

Ruth was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Jan. 8, 1924, to Nathan and Dora Sverdlen. She had one brother, Leon, who predeceased her.
