I will always cherish my memories of the many years working with Ruth! She set a great example of kindness, thoughtfulness and positive attitude .. in addition to being extremely efficient at her job. Serving on the ward Relief Society Homemaking, later Enrichment, Committee with Ruth was always fun! I enjoyed working with her and sharing the work of providing activities for the sisters in the Millstream Ward. Ruth was a talented, thoughtful, enthusiastic person. She was always willing to share her talents whenever I asked her to help with a stake project. I will miss hearing her beautiful singing voice in church. She was truly a Christlike individual.

Dear Family of Ruth's, How very much we loved your mother. She came out a month before us to Nauvoo and we sat at the Cultural Hall many evenings together singing the songs before we were put into the cast. We enjoyed playing games with her and loved her dearly. She was a very talented and spiritual lady and we miss her so much in our cast. She was always happy and smiling and helped to build others up.
