Not sure what to say?

I wish to give the family of Ruth Neff my condolences in their loss of a very special lady.
I remember her from Dr. Smith and Chrismers office and also through her working with the PICCA Board when I was employed there.
My prayers go with you at the time.

My thoughts and Prayers are with Steve and his family. Ruth was a very dear person who touched so many lifes in Pickaway County. She was like a Guardian Angel that God sent to be there to help others when in need, which she did for my family during our time of tradgey. Steve, God be with you and your family thru this trying time. Always remember that your Mom and your entire family are loved and thought of during this time of sorrow. Nancy Spires Moss

I will always remember Ruthie as a nurse at Dr. Greiner's and Dr. McCoy's when I was a child. I went to school with her late son (we were in the WHS band together). Though I no longer reside in Jackson Township, the strong roots remain.

My prayers to the Neff family during this difficult time.
Emilie (Caldwell) Stewart

We had the privilege of knowing Ruth through her working with my mom at Dr. Chrismer & Smith’s office.

Ruth had to be one of the most energetic and compassionate people I’ve ever encountered.

Her willingness to always help others and go out of her way, even when you knew she, herself, was tired – was amazing.

Ruth will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

Many thoughts and prayers to her family ~

You are truly blessed to have had...

I worked with Ruth for 10 years at Dr. Chrismer & Smith and always considered Ruth a good friend.
She was always very compassionate and everyone loved and trusted her.
I will miss her.
My thoughts and prayers are with her friends and loved ones.

God be with you, during this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you!

I'm so sorry that this wonderful Nurse and Friend is no longer with us. She was the Nurse of Dr. Ned Greiner when I was a small child. I'm so sorry for the family she left behind and my thoughts and Prayers go out to them. She touched many lives during her life.
