I would like say I met Ruth awhile ago and instantly gained a friend. We met at the Governor's Mansion at an affair for our Executive Director. Her daughter Diane introduced us that day and became a courier for our conversations over the years. Dear Ruth,

My real pleasure was to meet and get to know you through your daughter Diane, who is one of my dearest friends. More like a sister to me. I had nothing but much love and respect for you Ruth.
