I only had the privilege of being held in Ruth´s friendship for 16 years, and I enjoyed every minute. Her spirit, her wit, and her candid conversation will be sorely missed. I was fortunate to have heard the stories of college days, later adventures in the UK, summers when the kids were young, and later trips to Scotland and Alaska. Ruth was one of a kind. I always enjoyed her contributions during Book Club. She was a valuable member of the Five Fields Community and a nice person who will be missed. RIP
