Ruth´s memory will always live on. Her presence lit the room. Her warm, kind Pennsylvania roots were obvious in Ruth´s demeanor . May GOD rest her soul and hold her in HIS arms.

Ruth and I worked closely together on exec comp while we were both at McDermott Will and Emery. Her intelligence, warmth and sense of humor made each day at work better. In 2017, she opened her home to several of us who wanted to join the Women's March. Concerned with our safety, she made sure we had a soft place to land, water bottles, homemade granola bars and a good breakfast, enabling us to raise our voices. Miss you Ruth.

I enjoyed working with Ruth at McDermott. Ruth was an expert in her area of tax law and a warm and caring person. She shared wonderful stories about her career and family. She will be missed.
