Time is all we really have. So to the family and friends of Ryan Towle: give yourselves time. Have good days, when you're ready to. Have bad days, if need be. Allow yourself to breathe in moments when your chest feels tight, and when your heart feels too heavy to carry. Allow yourself to grieve, once the process finds you, and not the other way around. Hold yourselves up on both feet if you can, or lean on those closest to you if you cannot...but eventually you will find the ground underneath...
