Not sure what to say?

Dear Portia and Family,
What a great man he was and always will be. As a young high school athlete, he always made me feel like a superstar with his compliments after every game. As a worker at Dad's lumber yard, he treated me with respect and sincere interest. What a great posterity you have raised - all wonderful people. I know my dad counted Lynn not only as a very good friend, but viewed him with great respect and integrity.
Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you,

Dear Portia and family,we were sadden by the loss of Lynn too,are thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. We were so glad that we got to spend some wonderful time with you and Lynn last summer too,you too are the greatest friends anybody could have wanted in life too, your hospitality has always been top notch too,we met at the Misionary training center in Oct.of 2000,we will always cherish those good times too and the visits to Ashton,ID.too and our visit with you to the temple...

Dear Loosli Family-
You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I am so saddened by Lynn's passing. I have such fond memories of him and his special care and interest in me and Anna. He was a remarkable man, with an irreplaceable spirit, love of life and his family and farm.
With deep sympathy and much love,

I am so sorry for not only the loss of your family but also the loss that the community is feeling right now. My father knew him very well, talked about him often, and attended many of his bull sales. I lost my father two weeks ago also and I know that they have resumed their friendship. I appreciated so much you attending my father's funeral. I am happy I was able to see and talk to Lynn again. These strong wonderful people are being called home to help prepare the way for the rest of us,...

I do not have a childhood memory of Ashton without Lynn in it. It was such a good man. So kind and patient with us city kids that didn't know anything about farming.
I will miss him.
David Hawkes (cousin)

Brian, my heartfelt condolences to you and your family. Gene Clark told me last night of your father's passing. Although I didn't know Lynn well, I always enjoyed his happy and joyous attitude, a man who was truly happy with his life. He has left a great legacy in his family and his accomplishments. I feel privileged to have known him.

Dear Kathryn and family,

I just remember the rich, wonderful feeling of welcome at your home when we played UNO and stayed overnight after skiing at Big Sky. Your father made me feel so important, allowing me to help with the bull sale! I've never forgotten it. So sorry to hear about your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Kathryn's next door neighbor at BYU(Raintree)

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sorrow.

Portia, We want you to know that we are thinking of you at this time. We have many wonderful memories of your time spent at 26 Eddy St. The red pine tree on the lawn is growing big and strong. { like Lynn was in life} Nancy and Colin
