Not sure what to say?

Not a day goes by I don´t think about you Sally. You could always put a smile on my face. Miss you.

Sally I think about you all the time and the great memories we had teaching together. Miss you dearly. Linda Hewlett

Ms. Hughes was truly the sassiest teacher I've ever met - and she was such a joy to learn from. This woman drove me through Houston traffic so I could compete in a state poster competition...she's a saint! She made all the difference for me and I'm so thankful to have known her. For a few years, I taught high school students in a hospital setting and thought she must be crazy to have done that for as long as she did! She was one-of-a-kind and she is so missed!

I was a student of hers at Sanger High School and she had the most impact on me of any teacher I had. I am now a Nurse Practitioner at Parkland ER because of the path she set me on.

It was my privilege to work with Sally at Sanger High School. She was a great teacher and a true friend. My prayers and condolences are for all family and friends.

So very sad to hear of the loss of such a sweet lady! She was a wonderful teacher, mother and great person.

So sorry to hear this sad news. I have so many memories of Sally from our High School years in Band and other activities. Sally always had a smile on her face and a delightful sense of humor. She will truly be missed. Sending prayers for comfort and peace to all who loved her, and especially to you Sam. God bless you all.

Sending prayers and love to her precious family. Such wonderful memories working with Sally. She always kept us laughing. Love you Sally Linda Hewlett
