Not sure what to say?

Dr. Sledge was one of the kindest professors I´ve ever met in my entire lifetime. Everytime I reflect on my time at Norfolk state I think about her. She was always positive & always willing to help. I wouldn´t have Graduated if it wasn´t for Dr. Sledge´s encouragement.. I´m forever grateful for knowing such a kind soul. Always praying for your family -Denzel Bugg NSU School of Business Alum Class of `22

Sally, you were such a sweet girl and your accomplishments could not be surpassed. With love, Donna Curry

I was so sorry to read of Sally´s passing in my UVA magazine and have great memories of her sweet smile and our time together as we road the bus to and from school. May her memory be a blessing.

You were a sweet and kind person that we were all blessed to have known. Prayers for you family

It is hard to say goodbye to someone who embraced me like her own brother and family member! Thank you for always being there for me through good and bad times. To me, you define "perfectly" the meaning of the word "humanity,"hardwork," "kindness," "empathy," "intelligence," and "tolerance" to other...

Sally was a kind, gentle soul - even during our teen years! The world needs more people like her.
