I'm so sorry to see this. I've known the Giuliani family all my life. Sammy had that great laugh. My heart goes out to his family.

To the Giuliani family, it is with sadness that I am reading of Sam's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting Sam from time to time at the West Side and Rose Park. A fine person who always had time to say hello and have a conversation. He will be missed. May he now rest in the arms of the Lord.

Mr. Giuliani was a giant to me on the Westside. As a young kid living on the westside I would see him daily walking on Schuyler Ave chewing on a cigar as always. He would always take the time to stop and see how my family and I were doing. He would always show me boxing moves and taught me how to throw a punch. A truly wonderful human being. Rest easy Mr. Giuliani.
