Not sure what to say?

Sam Bravata was a very special person to me for a number of years when I lived in Grand Rapids. Funny, bright, articulate, passionately interested in his family and friends. True to his Italan background, his cooking skills were unmatched. (Even the night his store at Gun Lake burned to the ground, he ended the evening by cooking a meal.) What a Special, Joyful man Sam Bravata was....he will always be so very missed by me....I´ve been lucky enough to be his next door neighbor the last five years and it was a Blessing added to my life. I am saddened that my dear friend Sammy has passed, and I send my love to his family. He was the kindest and gentlest person I´ve ever known. I was with him in Aspen when he said his first prayer, and then he initiated one at supper time. May he rest in peace

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. So sorry for your loss Mary(Konczyk)Ickes & Robert Ickes
