There are no words to express the kindness and generosity of Dr. Sam's soul, he was truly a saint among us. I had the pleasure of assisting him at St. Elizabeth Clinic in the early 80's. To Dr. Sam's friends, family, and loved one's I extend my most heartfelt condolences.

I just heard about Dr. Sam today. So sorry to have missed the services. All day I've been thinking about what a huge part of my life he was! Some of my fondest memories were due to him, his home was my second home for many years.
