Shirley emailed me the write up about Sam, I also went to high school with him, he was fun and made me laugh. I used to give him the answers to the test behind the teachers back.....I'm so saddened to hear of his lost battle.....from the other write ups he was loved and a very good person.....I remember him with warm thoughts, his family will be in my prayers...

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I lost my husband last April. I know what they are going through. I went to Springwoods High School.

When one of our own passes, it brings the realization close of what a short time we have here. I graduated with Sam and remember him as one of the good guys. My prayers are with the family.
