Not sure what to say?

All the children in Rockford, who had broken a bone or two, were soothed by the fact that "now we can go see Dr. Sam." My mother went to high school with Dr. Behr and used to tell me funny stories about how she and Dr. Sam and Izzy Rubin used to cut up in class. He was a really good person and a delight to know. I have visited his grave twice when I have been in Rockford, and I always leave a stone to let him know I was there. Thank you, Dr. Sam, for being who you were, to all of us.

My condolences on the death of Dr. Behr. He seemed to be a wonderful person. I am interested in contacting Jaynie Kane as we may be related. If her late husband, Jud, was from Tucson, we are family. Sincerely, Mona Mozer Shabelman

My sympathy to the Samuel Behr family. Certainly Dr. Behr lived a very full and rich life. Dr. Behr did extensive reconstructive on my right hand and fingers inn the late 1950 and then again in 1975. My youngest brother was named after Dr. Behr, Samuel Behr Murry.
