Not sure what to say?

I have been away from Columbus for a number of years so I'm late to this thread. I was born and raised United Methodist and sort of "married in " to Christian Assembly. I went there for about 10 years and feel blessed by the people and pastors I met. One snowy day Sam preached a sermon that hit the mark with, so for the first time, I took notes. My life took me elsewhere and I was asked to deliver a sermon by a Methodist pastor in Delaware, OH. I had kept my notes so I delivered Sam's sermon...

This man gave some of the best sermons lve ever heard!

We are coming up on our 33rd anniversary. Pastor Sam united us in marriage and he will always hold a special place in our hearts. He counseled us in those early years and here we are 3 decades later still married! Hoping the hole he left in your heart is filled with the Lord!

I will always miss pastor Sam farina

Pastor Sam Farina

Pastor Sam and Paulette Farina

Hi I loved pastor Sams preachings. He was so anointed by God. I loved him and I played the Piano for the church at Christian assembly on Wed nights. I grew as a christian and Love Jesus through that churches ministry Thank god For it. I also had counselling through Sams Ministry and always I had victory through the counselling at the church. God bless that man He will be in my heart and I know someday I will see him in heaven Amen

God in His wisdom has always known what's best for me, and He knew I needed to meet and have Pastor Sam in my life. I am a better person for having experienced his love, kindness and counsel. He taught me how to “let go and let God”, a sometimes-difficult thing for me to do, but a very necessary part of being a Christian. I miss him more than words can say, but I am grateful for the privilege of having he and Paulette in my life.
