Not sure what to say?

Carol and Courtney, Sam was a wonderful Son-In-law. I will never forget all the family get-togethers--It won't be the same without him. He was never anything but good to me.

I grew up with Sam when he moved with Buzz and Josie and his mother across the street from my home in Alamo Heights (a suburb of San Antonio). We were both teenagers and paperboys for the San Antonio Express/News. Sam was also an excellent athlete; he was an all-city lineman for the Alamo Heights Mules. We are so sorry to learn about Sam's death. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Sincerely,

Carol,
Sorry to hear that Sam passed away. He accomplished so much in his life. Patients still recall him fondly. May his soul rest in peace.

Carol, I am so sorry for your loss. May God comfort you during this sad time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Carol, I am sad to say goodbye to Sam. He was one of the first persons that I met when we moved to Lubbock. I was his patient, but felt more like his friend. That is the way he seem to be with everyone. He was a special person.

Carol, I feel so honored to have had the privilege to know and work with Dr King. He always had a joke for me and I always had a joke for him when he made rounds on CCU. He made work & learning fun for us all. I am so sorry for your loss.He will be missed. Delva Robb

So very sad to see another of the 'great' doctors of the 70's leave this world. I learned much from many of them. My prayers to the loved ones. Verdonna Durham
