I am so sorry for your loss. Sam's passing has been on my mind constantly since I heard about it and he will indeed be very, very missed. Love to Anna and all of the Lewis/Knudsen families.

Sam's legacy will always remain. I will never forget his last bear hug I received from him at Kelly Carman's funeral a year 1/2 ago almost 2 yrs ago. I also, of course will never forget his adorable smile. I first met Sam when he was just a youngin around 13-14 yrs of age. He went to Wasatch Jr. High w/ my best friends sister Aimee White; I happened to be living w the Whites that year of my high school. So, lots of Aimee's friends would be over hangin out

I am so sad to hear of Sam's passing. Some of my best memories of childhood are from spending time with Sam hiking, skiing, snowboarding, swimming, playing sports and camping at Lake Powell. Sam and I would laugh for hours at a time until our faces and sides hurt. He was a funny guy and when i was feeling down, he could always cheer me up. His smile alone could cheer anyone up.
