To Sammy´s parents and family, I´m so very sad and sorry to read this news. My youngest daughter went to school with Sammy from kindergarten on and we remember him as a bright, sassy and good boy with a wonderful sense of humor. Please accept our deepest sympathies and know that he will be remembered.

I am deeply sorry to hear that y'all have lost your Sammy. Since the first days Sammy arrived your hearts overflowed with love. Such great times that were had with him being the center of your lives. Hold onto all those memories as you move from day to day. Even in his illness he knew that you loved him as much as he loved you both. As Sammy took the hand of Jesus he become instantly free from addiction. He now soars with God's angels. God bless you both. Etta
