My condolences to Sam's family, he was truly a class act! Sam always went the extra mile and took care of his Indim family - whether it was getting butter for the company refrigerator ("if it's not salted it's like having Vaseline!") or calling people when they were out sick (he called me for each and every surgery I had almost daily!)
