Samuel Spehr Obituary

Spehr, Samuel Nicholas age 32, on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. Cherished son of Nancy Fuchs Spehr and the late Steven Spehr. Sam was the grandson of the late Doris & Bob Fuchs, Alice & the late Buzz Spehr, and brother of Jennifer (Dan) Bernsen Szeezil. He was a cousin, nephew, friend and a favorite to many. Sam's kindness, big heart and contagious laugh will live in our memories. Sam wished for his body to be donated to science, so that others lives could be better. Most of all, please remember the good times he shared with you. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ronald McDonald charities or the American Heart Association. Services: Memorial Visitation will be at Holy Redeemer Church, 341 E. Lockwood Ave. on Monday, November 6th from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass at 10:30 a.m. www.kriegshausermortuary.com

Nancy, I am so sad to hear of this. Sam and I were dear dear friends growing up, and even as we saw each other as adults, there were very few people capable of bringing such joy and genuine care into a room. All of my love and thoughts are with you as one of my many mothers growing up :)

Nancy as one broken hearted Mother to another, I feel your pain as your beautiful son Sam left this earth and went to his heavenly life. I know my Abbie welcomed him with open arms. Knowing what those two will be up to together puts a smile on my face. I pray for you and Jennifer in the coming days that your grief and pain will subside with nothing but happy memories.

Time discovers truth. Time heals what reason cannot. Seneca the Younger

We've all heard that time heals all wounds, but the way in which we choose to spend that time will determine if our old hurts are healed or held onto. In today's meditation, we experience inward time as one of the most powerful ways time can help us mend. We also learn how sleep time, play time, down time, and quiet time are all vital forms of making time a healer in our lives.

Since no words can express how we feel. I chose Depak Chopra.
Nancy you have my deepest sympathy. I would be with you, however, I am in Ohio.
