I was always " Matt´s mom " to Sam. He had an infectious smile that always made others smile too. My grandson Noah worshipped Sammy a great deal. Noah always used to tell me that Sammy was his " best adult friend ever " !! My heart aches for all who knew and cared about Sammy.
