Not sure what to say?

Dear Grammy,
I'm sorry that Grandfather died and I really miss him. I wish I could still talk to him in person.

Dear Julie, I am so sorry to hear of Sam's death. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely Peggy Burton your friend and Avon Lady

My late husband, Nick, worked with Sam and always spoke warmly of him. I met Sam on a number of occasions: He invariably had a welcoming smile and charming laugh for me and our two small sons.

I know that the NIST community will miss Sam greatly and remember him for a long, long time.

May you find peace during these hard days of sorrow and loss.

Dear Trevino Family:

I am so sorry for your loss. I always felt so warm and welcome in your home - even during my grass cutting days. Sam always greeted me, with a gigantic hug and kiss. He will be remembered always. Your family is in my heart and prayers.

If I had to pick a word to describe Sam, and it really applies to both Sam & Julie, it would be exuberance -- exuberance and a joy of life that was infectious -- if you've spent any time with any of their children you know where they got it from -- that Treviño/Gonzalez smile, they've all got it :) Sam was like a kid in a candy shop his whole life, well at least the half that I knew him, so I'm guessing he was like that when we was young too. What do you get when you cross Jim Carey with a...

Dearest Julie, You must have gone through a lot in these last days. God sees and knows your sufferings. Peace from above and strength from your God for you and your family. We prayed for Sam and you at our last novena and Sam is now healed. My memories of Sam are of a brilliant, happy man who loved his wife and family so very much. Please know that your Ursuline buddies are with you in spirit. My deepest sympathy and love. Aurora Cuellar (San Antonio, Texas)

My beautiful friend Juliette, I want to express my deep sorrow to you and your family in your time of loss. My heart is heavy with grief and would give anything if I could be there for you.

It seems like only yesterday that we were all together filled with joy, and blessing the opportunity we had to rekindle our friendship. I am so very grateful we have those beautiful moments to remember.

One thing I know for sure, the love you and Sam had for each other was endless and I...

Juliette & Famly,
My thoughts, heart and prayers are with you at this time.May the Lord bless you abundantly.
