Not sure what to say?

Sam , you have been gone for a while. Mom is with you as well as Jeff. I miss you and mom terribly. I will see you again. Bo.

Dear Wilson Family,

We heard about about Sam's passing just yesterday; my parents sent us a copy of the sweet article that was published about Sam in the Observer. We were so sorry to hear about his passing. I have fond memories of working with Sam at BTW. Without a doubt, by his faith Sam is with the Lord now and all those great Southern souls he admired so much.

Our prayers are with you,

Andy and Ligia Smith

Harriett, I am sorry for your loss. Sam was a great man. He touched my life in many ways. Not only were you a super neighbor but a great friend as well.

Wilson Family, Thank you for selecting me to eulogize Sam at his service. I can never tell you the honor I feel and the privilege it was to speak of his life to so many people. We are his legacy. let's make him proud.

To:
Harriet, Trisha, Joan and Caroline. We were sad to hear of Sam's
passing. But we can rejoice in the fact that he is with his FATHER in
heaven now. We love you guys and pray for God's comfort over you during this time of grieving and healing.

Dear Harriet,

My deepest sympathy to you in learning of Sam's death. You may not remember me, but my husband Larry and Sam became acquainted while taking chemo. Larry passed away on April 5th of last year, so I feel your loss. You are fortunate that he survived his disease as long as he did. May it help to know that others care.

Dear Harriett,
We know that your heart aches in Sam's absence from you, but we also know that you are filled with joy knowing who he is in the presence of now. We loved Sam for allowing us to see Christ shine so brightly in his life. You both have been an inspiration to many, always pointing to Christ. Please know that we are grieving with you and will keep you and the family in our prayers. Danny, Martine, Addie & Daniel

We are so very sorry for your loss. Our thoughts, prayers and love are with you during this time.

Love, Shawn and Megan Christenbury

Harriet,
I was saddened my Sam's death. I admired his convictions and forthrightness. It seems remarkable that so many years have passed since we worked together. I hope that his faith, life well-lived and his years of public service will bring comfort to you and your family in the difficult days ahead.
