Sandy was my first brother-in-law, and he set my standard for new family members. He, like my sister, took a strong interest in all of my life's millestones. He was, and always will be, an inspiration to me. I, as well as the rest of my growing family. We all were shocked and saddened by the news, and all wish to express our sympathy and sorrow.

Joyce, Wes gave me the shocking news about Sandy this afternoon. A wonderful man and wonderful brother-in law, I was always so proud of his accomplishments, just as I am proud of you. He will be missed by our family.
