Sandra Elias Obituary
Sandra Jean Elias, born on December 10, 1958 in Butler, PA, was called home to be with the Lord, on September 23, 2015 in San Antonio, TX at the age of 56. She was preceded in death by her siblings; Larry Hindman, Ken Hindman, Mary Louise Gold and her beloved parents Emogene K. & Paul Hindman. Sandra was an avid reader, an animal lover and also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years Javier I. Elias Sr., her beloved children; Javier I. Elias Jr. (Jessica Ann), Valerie Alise Elias, siblings; Janet Hiatt, Susan Dunkle(Raymond), Don Hindman(Nancy), Barbara Painter (John), James Hindman, Karen Crisman(Mark), numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Sandra will greatly be missed by all. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28, 2015 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 11:15 a.m. for a 12:00 p.m. Mass of Resurrection at Divine Providence Catholic Church with Interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.

Yes, you did light up a room Sandy the last time I saw you was at Gemas where they had a reception after the wake of Your mother-in-law. You had just had surgery, but you were there you looked so beautiful n at peice. May your family fond comfort knowing you were a good person.

Aunt sandy I want to thank you for being such an amazing person in my life, you were a wonderful mother to Jr and Valerie, and of course your adopted kids(nieces and nephews). Never judged anyone I can't remember ever seeing you mad, you gave me so many good memories growing up taking me and letting me stay the night with you, conversations with you, I'm gonna miss your hugs and kisses but most of all that beautiful smile you had, you could light up any room in the house, I'm gonna miss your white girl accent lol aunt sandy just know that you meant so much to me even though we didn't spend to much time together as I got older I was always so happy to see your face, I love you and I will forever miss you....
