Not sure what to say?

I am profoundly saddened. She was a dear friend for more than 40years. I could talk to her about anything. I will miss you, Sandra.
My deepest sympathies to the family.

I was very fortunate to be in a book club with Sandra for several years.. she was delightful..curious..always cheerful.. one time at book club.. she said.." Susan why don't you meet Ron and I at swingbelly's on monday. I think there's a guy there that you might be interested in"... I thought.. " how cute... she's trying to hook me up even when she's in her '80s".. Clearly she was trying to find a way to make my life more complete.... it was an honor and joy to know her.... I'm very sorry...

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your mother. She and my mother, Dolores Hood, were friends. I think they met through the Long Beach widows group or the soup kitchen. My mother spoke of your mother with great fondness.

Sandra was a member of our widows group at Notre Dame. She was a wonderful lady with a fantastic spirit. She shared many of her life experiences with us. She will be missed. Prayers.
