Sandy and I went to elementary, high school and then to Bowling Green University together. The last time we were together was at a class reunion for Linden McKinley High. We were, of course, laughing because we thought we must be at the wrong place ... "we couldn't possibly have graduated so long ago".
Many happy hours were shared with her and her family. I celebrate her life and friendship.

I had the honor and pleasure of knowing Sandy and Judy for 30 years. Their friendship was a prized possession.
I had the priviledge and great fun of working with Sandy many times on projects, and doing voice overs for her clients who hired her to write ads for the radio. We had a lot of laughs.
I admired her intelligence, her humor and her great talent.
I shall miss her.

what can be said to really identify Sandy. She was sure one of the most special people any of us can have known. Her sense of humor and timing were above any and all expectations, how will I ever have Thanksgiving dinner with out her turkey suggestions. My dearest wishes will always be with her.

Sandy was our friend and neighbor. Her ready laugh and quick sense of humor were always evident. When she worked on a project, her efforts were tireless. If she set her sights on fund raising, rest assured...funds were raised. We are all better people for having known, worked with and "lunched with" Sandy.

I knew Sandy and Judith in the seventies and continue to think of them often, especially when I drive down Arnoldale Rd, or by the old GHCC. When we moved to E Haddam, down the road from the Goodspeed, I remembered the year that Sandy, Judith, Marilyn and I had season tickets. I have very fond memories of that season except for the one night when I had just gotten word that I had fallen short on my judgeship bid.

Sandy was a bright and positive person, always willing to help with any project. Her work for the Stephentown Historical Society was outstanding and always professional. Amazing, I was just thinking of Sandy the other day. We both worked at the Greater Hartford Chamber of Commerce in the early 1970's. She was a very classy lady.
One of my favorite stories is how she was cut off by another car one day to work and gave the universal sign of being "peeved". What a shock when it turned out that the "cutter off" was a mutual friend.
