"Mrs. Lomker" was such an amazing person & impacted the lives of countless young people over the years.
4-H was for me what Girl Scouts or Boy Scouts were for many others. It's where I first learned about teamwork. Where I was pushed to take on the challenging and the uncomfortable. Many of my strongest memories from my youth happened as a 4-Her.
I have Mrs. Lomker to thank for memories of the 1984 Summer Olympics in LA. Learning to play polo. Riding Belgians (glorious draft horses)...
