My heartfelt condolences and prayers to the family of Sandra Mares. My and and I knew her as well her husband. They were in Military. The U. S. Army. My dad
Cheif Frank Garcia from the Harlingen Army Reserve Center.We would see her at Stripes in Rio Hondo sometimes they would sit down and talk with us for a while. She was such a nice lady. May you rest in peace in the arms of God Mrs. Sandra.
