Dear Mark and Children, I went to Simmons College with Sara. For no reason at all, I was just thinking about my friends from long ago, and Sara came to mind. I had hoped to find her and phone her, but instead am heartbroken to learn of her passing. My sincere condolences to all of you. She was a warm, bright, and beautiful woman 50 years ago, and I know she had a remarkable life, as all of us knew she would.

Dear Mark,
I'm so sorry that it has taken this long for me to hear about Sara's passing until today when I received a note from Elli Mills regarding our upcoming reunion. Mark, you and I go back a long way but I knew her first from our time at HBS. She was a terrific woman, beautiful, vivacious, smart, funny and really nice. We shared feelings as Jews. It really is the end of an era for me, one of the great people from my life is no longer here and I am really really sad and sorry. I saw a photo of you and I read a marriage announcement from your daughter Julie's wedding and its just obvious that Sara had so much to live for. My most sincere condolences to you and the family, may you be blessed among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem. Harry

Our deepest sympathy to your entire family. We did not know her very long but she was a great lady and always enjoyed being in her company. Was able to feel close to her even though it was not always
in person.

Very saddened to learn about Sara's passing. She is unforgettable and only met her at the Wilansky weddings. I felt a closeness and kinship to her as children of survivors. She was an amazing accomplished woman whose parents must have been so proud of. Condolences to the family and friends who cherished her.
