Dear Nancy,Megan and Julie,
It was such a joy for me to have worked with Scott in our old Kaiser days. He was so well thought of by colleagues and patients. Yearly, we shared parental naches at Hall High's Pops and Jazz, as we celebrated our kids' growing up so beautifully.
Dave and I send you our deepest condolences, in this time of great loss, which followed such a very difficult and challenging illness.
